Hi, I’m your coach, Claudia LeBaron Islas. I’m an industrial engineer who understands the technical mindset and the environments engineers work in every day.
While working as an engineer, I experienced firsthand the pressure to deliver results: the load of projects, the ton of meetings, and the pressure to work against the clock… to name a few.
